1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using Digital Card Pro services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and an Indian resident. Registration requires accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Virtual Card Services
Virtual cards are issued in partnership with RBI-registered banks. Card limits, fees, and terms are disclosed during application. Digital Card Pro reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days notice.
4. Fees & Charges
Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as expressly stated. Late payment may result in service suspension. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services for any illegal activity, money laundering, gambling (where prohibited), or transactions involving restricted goods. Violations will result in immediate account termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
Digital Card Pro's total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill). Nothing in this disclaimer will:
- limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
- limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
- exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms. Upon termination, virtual cards will be deactivated within 24 hours.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
10. Changes to Terms
We will notify you of material changes via email and in-app notification 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
